On request our PTP-SW servo press may be equipped with two main scraps recovery systems. The first one includes a tensioning-rewinding station and independent compactor (ideal and economic solution for paper but also suitable for aluminum). A second solution is composed by a scraps exhauster and dedicated press (ideal for aluminum and high speed productions).
Please note that each customer’s particular requirement relating to the recovery of the scraps can be suitably customized choosing the right combination between the following elements:
-Tensioning system.
-Rotating collector
-Exhauster
-Vertical press (manual loading)
-Horizontal press (automatic loading)
