Italwork Rolls

This is the pre-stretching machine which may by supplied as  1, 2 or 3 motors version able to rewind tight or soft wound. It secures a film thickness reduction down to 6 microns on thin wall cores saving cost and reducing waste. Studied to obtain up to 300% and more of pre-stretching, this re-reeler may be also equipped on request with longitudinal cutting of multiple rolls on mono shaft.
